What are the AC 2008 Presenter Deadlines?

 

 

Each year we receive comments from presenters concerning our early deadlines. Throughout the past twenty plus years, as we have worked with printers and AV companies, our reactions to their deadlines have been the same.

 

The printed and web–based products, which are the basis for participants attending and making the best use of their time at the conference, go through three proof readings. There are three rounds of cost proposals to select the best and most reasonable company to support our presenters’ AV requirements.

 

These procedures, coupled with our extreme (but we hope reasonable and healthy) desire to meet the needs of our participants, have resulted in the deadlines we give to presenters each year.
