Thomas Andrews

Tom Andrews is a heating systems instructor and training program manager with the Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA). He has worked in the mechanical field since 1978 with an interest in energy conservation and is a licensed HVAC contractor with a wide range of experiences in other facets of the trades.
