Jim Lutz

Jim Lutz is assistant group leader of the Energy Efficiency Standards Group at LBNL (Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory). He was lead author of the Technical Support Document for the energy efficiency standards for residential water heaters (effective 2004). Jim is active in ASHRAE as a member on the Service Water Heating Technical Committee.
