Sue Moser

Susan Moser is the residential consumer education specialist for the Ohio Department of Development. She develops, implements, and revises consumer education initiatives for Ohio’s low income energy efficiency programs. Susan has been involved with low income issues for twelve years. Previously, she developed and managed energy efficiency and payment assistance programs for an electric utility in Pennsylvania.
