David Manoguerra

David P. Manoguerra is the supervisor for customer energy efficiency at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He has been involved in energy efficiency programs since 1983. David sits on HVAC and industry-related committees including EPA, CEE, and ACCA. He and his team at PG&E deliver single family elements which address HVAC, pool, and appliance efficiency and building improvements.
