Doug Garrett

Doug Garrett has been a contractor, a program manager for the City of Austin electric utility energy conservation programs, and is now a consultant. Doug has been a part of weatherizing tens of thousands of homes. He occasionally writes articles and enjoys field diagnostic work to figure out why a home or building is not working up to expectations.
