Paul DeCotis

Paul DeCotis is director of energy analysis at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) where he oversees energy planning and analysis, including energy emergency planning and response, corporate strategic planning, energy and R&D program evaluation, and nuclear policy coordination. Previously, Paul was chief of policy analysis at the New York State Energy Office.
