David Springer is president of Davis Energy Group, Inc. where he manages operations and participates in mechanical design, technology development, market transformation, and standards. He leads the western program activities for the Consortium for Advanced Residential Buildings, is a DOE Building America program partner, and has provided guidance to builders on energy efficiency and renewable energy for over twenty-five years.
