Dan York is a senior research associate for the Utilities and Public Benefits Program of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE). Dan researches and analyzes energy efficiency policy and program issues within the utility sector. Projects include studies of energy efficiency program best practices and program trends, as well as reviews of public benefits programs.
