Ken Tohinaka

Ken Tohinaka works for the Planning and Evaluation Pod of the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation. Of late he has focused on residential program design, monitoring and development, including training, for various programs in the U.S. and Canada. VEIC is an Affiliate of the Building Performance Institute, and Ken conducts BPI certification testing.
