Dora Tharp

Dora Tharp has been the energy coordinator for Neighborhood Housing Services of Toledo since 1984. Under her direction, they received the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency in 2000. Dora was one of the originators of the Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (OPAE) and serves on the Ohio Consumers Council’s Low Income Dialogue Group.
