Evelyn Soto is customer relations specialist who has held various positions throughout her twenty-six year career with PPL Electric Utilities. Her current responsibilities include managing PPL Electric’s Universal Service Programs, which include OnTrack, Operation HELP, and CARES to assist low income customers.
