Harvey Sachs

Harvey M. Sachs, Ph.D., is ACEEE’s director of buildings programs. He works on emerging technologies, market transformation, and standards for the residential and commercial sectors. Harvey has done extensive analysis on the achievable potential and market opportunities for ground source heat pumps and heat pump water heaters, residential furnace air handlers, and several other products.
