John Proctor, P.E. is the president of Proctor Engineering Group. He is the originator of the CheckMe! ® System that has been used to adjust and verify the performance of over one hundred thousand air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct systems. John is unreasonably excited about air conditioners and the potential for their improvement.
