Kelly Parker

Kelly Parker, P.E., is president of Guaranteed Watt Saver (GWS), a national engineering, consulting, and inspection firm. GWS labeled over seventy-five hundred ENERGY STAR® homes in twelve states. GWS is a national HERS provider actively seeking raters in all states. Kelly is the RESNET board of directors president for 2006/7 and a LEED Accredited Professional.
