F.L. Andrew Padian has over twenty-five years of experience in the unique building science of multifamily buildings. He runs the Multifamily Buildings Division for Steven Winter Associates, Inc. Andy has performed energy analysis on hundreds of multifamily buildings nationwide, providing recommendations for energy and water efficiency, comfort, durability, and health and safety for new and existing buildings.
