William O'Connor

Bill O’Connor is the Honeywell Program Manager for NYSERDA’s EmPower New YorkSM Program; he has previously managed programs for demand response, energy efficiency, and meter exchange programs. Prior to working for Honeywell, Bill spent nine years as a manager for a major Upstate New York electric and natural gas utility.
