Armand Magnelli

Armand Magnelli has worked in the affordable housing field for over twenty years. He has managed an owner occupied housing rehab program and housing development for two CDCs, including six years as an executive director. Armand provides training and technical assistance on project management, healthy / energy efficient / green housing design, and automation of housing production.
