Patrick Keegan

Patrick Keegan is executive director of the Colorado Energy Science Center. He has assisted developing countries on greenhouse gas reduction initiatives and has lectured on energy and climate issues internationally. Pat has twenty years of experience in managing and implementing energy efficiency programs, developing legislation and policy, and providing demand side management consulting services to electric utilities.
