Phil Kaluza

Phil Kaluza, owner of EnergyTools.com, has over twenty years of experience in the building science and IAQ fields, including six years as the Alaska state energy program manager. He is president and an active trainer with the Alaska Building Science Network. Phil has been involved in several residential IAQ studies involving the house / garage connection in Alaska.
