Carolyn Hill

Carolyn Hill is internal operations manager at CEDA Weatherization in Chicago. She was the lead designer of CEDA’s customer service model, and manages a team of weatherization cost reporting and file management specialists and supervisors. Carolyn brings ten years of weatherization experience and a career in the banking industry to her position.
