Suzanne Harmelink

Suzanne Harmelink is the manager of low income programs and services for Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). She directs the development and implementation of Targeted Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®, municipal utility low income programs, and Wisconsin's weatherization training, technical assistance, and quality control. Suzanne has also administered several Wisconsin utility rate-payer funded low income programs.
