Neal Gale

Neal Gale serves as the chief technical support for a statewide energy affordability program serving seven thousand participants annually. In this role, he provides analysis of energy performance data, training design and delivery, skill development, and quality control. Neal has over twenty years of experience providing energy efficiency services in both residential and small commercial environments.
