Diane Ferington is manager of residential programs for the Energy Trust of Oregon. She has thirteen years of experience in energy efficiency program design and implementation. Diane manages a portfolio of residential energy efficiency programs including ENERGY STAR® new construction, Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, and Efficient Home Products.
