Auditors, inspectors, educators, and installers sometimes find they must take actions to help them be fully present with client / customers. Field workers are sometimes exposed to potentially hazardous conditions and take risks to effectively do their jobs. Results from a survey of field workers from several low income weatherization programs will be shared.
By attending this session, participants will
1. Share strategies for improving client / customer interactions
2. Learn how some field workers take care of themselves
3. Receive fact sheets about weatherization materials and illnesses
