MFD 01N - The Garage Connection: Solving Indoor Air Quality & Comfort Problems (In-field)

An attached garage can be the source of carbon monoxide and other pollutants entering a house. Rooms over garages often have comfort problems. This session is your opportunity to improve your retrofit techniques as you use diagnostic tools, discuss whole house solutions, and get hands-on experience with air and duct sealing to address the garage connection.
By attending this session, participants will
1. Learn to measure the airflow between a garage and a house
2. Examine and discuss a variety of solutions for indoor air quality and comfort problems posed by an attached garage
3. Get hands-on experience performing diagnostics, duct sealing, and air sealing garage connections
