IMP 8 - Maintaining Operational Efficiencies As You Scale Up

Providing beneficial, cost-effective building performance services is not easy under the best of circumstances, and it’s even harder to get it right in a high-volume, low-income environment. This session will cover the issues (and the strategies to address them) that the presenters have encountered in implementing utility sponsored weatherization programs for over fifteen thousand homes, annually.
 
By attending this session participants will
 
       1.      Develop an understanding of the issues facing high-volume performance contracting
       2.      Be presented with a set of practical examples to demonstrate how to manage high-volume performance contracting
       3.      Have an opportunity to get feedback on his or her own particular high-volume performance contracting concerns
