IMP 4 - Integrating Evaluation: Continuous Program Improvement

Quality efficiency programs continually strive to improve. This session will cover methods that are being used to make ongoing improvements to program design and implementation. Topics include the use of field inspections, advisory panels, customer surveys, goals, incentives, and training as well as methods for performing “desktop” quality control by data mining program tracking systems.
By attending this session, participants will
- Learn innovative ways to analyze program tracking data to not only give feedback on the overall program but also to identify contractor and auditor performance issues and potential training needs
- Discover ways to develop partnerships, gain feedback, and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, agencies, and individuals who share mutual interests
- Take at least one idea with you to further the goals of your program
