WET 3 - Low Cost Moisture Solutions

Tuesday, April 24, 2007  ·  3:45 PM - 5:25 PM

We often know how to do things right, like resolving the moisture problems that affect homes. However, if you can’t afford the perfect solution, what will get you by? How do you avoid the worst kind of mold and rot that could evolve? This session concentrates on proven, low-cost solutions for wet foundations and occupant-generated moisture. (This is not a roofing or flashing session.)

By attending this session, participants will

  1. Review the basics of moisture production and the results of excessive house humidity
  2. Learn how to diagnose and resolve moisture problems in houses
  3. Participate in the discussion of case studies or have the opportunity to volunteer your own
