  1. Learn to follow a repeatable process for lead qualification, consumer education, and closing techniques
  2. Explore the use of interview, inspection, and diagnostic procedures as tools to educate, communicate, and motivate the customer
  3. Review specific strategies for using all the powers available to counter objections and cooperatively move the client toward closing the deal for the performance package
