Q: How do I add an additional representative to an existing registration?
A: Register Now for the event you are attending. Select "I would like to...Make a New Registration". Then select Exhibitor Additional Rep as your Registration Type. Enter your exhibitor code before proceeding with your registration.
Q: How do I make changes or switch an existing representative?
A: Register Now for the event you are attending. Select "I would like to...Update an Existing Registration". Enter the Registration Confirmation Number you received when you first registered, as well as the zip code you provided. Please note, if you are registering multiple people from your organization, you will need their individual email addresses for the attendees to receive a confirmation receipt. Please do not use one email address for multiple attendees.
Q: Are conference registrations included with the cost of the Exhibiting at the Trade Show?
A: (For Regional Events) Yes, there will be one complimentary registration included with your table.
(For the National Event) Yes, there will be two complimentary registrations included with your booth.

Q: Along with exhibiting, does my conference registration allow me to attend sessions?
A: Yes, we encourage exhibiting attendees to attend our educational sessions for no additional fee.
Q: What is the exhibitor cancellation policy?
A: Written notice of exhibitor booth cancellation must be received in writing prior to the end of the regular registration period for regional or national events; cancellations will be subject to a $625 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is received after the end of the regular registration for an event, no refund will be issued. For the 2014 ACI National Home Performance Conference, any exhibitor booth registration that is cancelled before April 1, 2014 will be subject to a $625 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued on or after April 1, 2014.
